This website is a static site. The hosting/CDN provider processes standard technical request data — such as IP address, requested page, browser/user-agent string, and date and time — to serve pages and maintain security. This notice will name the specific provider once confirmed.
3. Contact route
There is no form on this website. The "Request a Pilot" option is a mailto link that opens your own email application; sending that email goes directly to hello@trebamo.com from your device and does not transmit or store any data through this website.
4. Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use any analytics, tracking technology or cookies.
5. Purposes and legal basis
Beyond the technical request data described under Hosting and technical logs, no personal data is currently collected or processed through this website, so no further processing purpose or legal basis currently applies. If that changes — for example if analytics are activated — this notice will be updated beforehand to state the applicable purpose and legal basis under Art. 6(1) GDPR.
6. Recipients
No personal data is currently disclosed to any recipient. Any technical request data described above stays with the hosting/CDN provider.
7. Third-country transfers
No transfer of personal data to a third country is currently taking place through this website.
8. Storage periods
Technical log data is kept only as long as necessary for security and operational purposes, consistent with the hosting provider's standard practice, and deleted or anonymized afterward. This notice will be updated with exact periods once the hosting provider is confirmed.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky). For any request, contact hello@trebamo.com.
10. Data Protection Officer
LIMASE s.r.o. has not designated a Data Protection Officer, as one is not currently required for this processing.
11. Future customer-operations processing
Once TREBAMO begins processing operational data on behalf of customers (for example within a Production Pilot), that processing will be governed separately by a data-processing agreement (DPA) and customer-specific processing terms, and is not covered by this notice.
